Course E1 - A Beginner's Guide to Exporting
This 1-Day Course provides an Introduction to Exporting, examining the work of an Export Sales / Administration Office from receipt of an Enquiry all the way through to preparation of a Quotation.

Course E2 - Completing Your Export Documentation
This 1-Day Course is intended as a comprehensive introduction to the provision and completion of Export Documentation. During the day we look at what various documents are, why they are required and how to complete them.

Course E3 - Working with Letters of Credit & Bills of Exchange
Documentary Letters of Credit continue to be widely used in International Trade as they provide the Seller with secure and prompt on time payment - provided the Letter of Credit is processed correctly. Unfortunately discrepancies discovered by Banks when Document are presented to them for payment will certainly cause delay on payment and unnecessary expense. It can even put the entire payment at risk!!
This 1-Day Course will help Delegates overcome those problems.

Course E4 - Essential Customs & Excise Procedures for Importers & Exporters
The Single Market simplified the movement of goods within the EC but a number of controls remain in place. This 1-Day Course will introduce Delegates to the various Customs procedures they are likely to encounter when moving goods within the Community or when Importing and Exporting to and from the UK.

This 1/2 Day Course is intended to help Sales & Marketing personnel achieve the maximum return from their participation in an Overseas Exhibition/Trade Fair or when traveling on an organised Trade Mission.

Course IMP1 - Buying from Overseas & The Relevant Customs Procedures
Whilst the Single Market simplified the Buyer's task there can be no doubt that the demand for enhanced performance in terms of quality, delivery and cost control has increased the need for many companies to adopt a Worldwide sourcing strategy. Other Courses Available On Request - Covering The Carriage of Dangerous Goods
Under the Health & Safety at Work Act ALL Companies are legally responsible for ensuring that relevant employees are fully conversant with all aspects relating to the handling of Dangerous Goods. Furthermore, ALL Companies involved in the Carriage of Dangerous Goods should note that seperate, additional, legislation applies and that training is a STATUTORY OBLIGATION.
Course DG1 - An Introduction to the Carriage of Dangerous Goods
This INTRODUCTORY 1-Day Course is designed to raise the awareness and basic knowledge of Staff who are concerned with the Storage and/or subsequent Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Road, Sea and Air.
Course DG2 - The Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Sea
This 3-Day Course will ensure Delegates understand the Regulations covering the Preparation and Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Sea. A Certificate of Competence will be awarded to those successfully completing the Course.
Course DG3 - The Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road
This 2-Day Course will ensure Delegates understand the Regulations covering the Preperation and Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Road both within the UK and Europe (ADR). A Certificate of Competence will be awarded to those who successfully complete the Course.
Course DG4 - The Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Air
The legal requirement that formal, approved trailing must be given to all staff involved in the packing, documentation r handling of Dangerous Goods by Air. On completion of this 3-Day COurse, which includes a written examination, successful Delegates will receive a Dangerous Goods Certificate endorsed by IATA and the CAA. In addition all successful Delegates will be registered with the International Air Transport Association for Dangerous Goods Approval.
Course DG5 - Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Air Revalidation Course
Delegates who have attended a Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Air Course must receive Refresher Training within a 2-Year period otherwise their Approval Certificate becomes invalid. On completion of this Course, which includes a written examination, successful Delegates will receive a further 2 Year Certificate endorsed by IATA & the CAA.
